Extremely disappointed with both the service and the customer service I received. I brought my DPF to this business for cleaning and paid for the service. Less than 100 miles later, I was informed that the DPF had a crack. Clearly, either the crack was already present and should have been identified before the cleaning was performed, or it occurred during the cleaning process. Either way, I paid for a service that should not have been completed on a cracked DPF. I called multiple times asking to speak with the manager, Angie, but repeatedly had to leave messages. Instead of returning my calls and having an actual conversation, she responded by email. When I asked for the contact information of her supervisor, that information was not provided. If Angie is the owner and/or highest point of contact, that makes the lack of communication and accountability even more concerning. I requested a full refund for the DPF cleaning, but the company has refused to provide a reasonable resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no accountability when something goes wrong.

I needed my 1964 Bug moved from one storage unit to another, 10 miles away from each other. My bug is lowered and was not running on its own. I called dispatch at the Ogden location. The dispatcher was polite and walked me through the upfront and mileage costs. The tow driver, Jordan, contacted me via a phone call within 5 min of me hanging up with dispatch. He asked some questions about the vehicle and gave me a 30min wag, which was what I expected. Jordan arrived in about 25 min and I let him into the storage facility. Jordan was polite and very friendly. He hooked up no issues and arrived at the other storage unit right behind me. Jordan offered to wait while I moved vehicles in the unit so he could drop my bug right into the storage unit which was above and beyond to my way of thinking. Price was what I expected and very reasonable, nothing hidden. Jordan was awesome and cool to talk to. All around I would definitely use AMS again.

It was a heavy haul. Company paid the bill not sure the cost. Very easy to deal with from a driver side. Driver was kind and very informative letting me know what was going on. I would definitely use again.

I own 2 State Farm insurance agencies in norther Utah and I’ve sent a lot of referrals to a lot of businesses over the years. I don’t put anyone at the top of that list lightly. AMS Towing is at the top. I needed a late tow and Kevin Richards the owner showed up himself. Most owners don’t do that. Kevin does. I even got to speak with his wife on the phone and she was just as warm and professional as he was. That’s not an accident. That’s culture. That’s who they are. If you’re anywhere in Ogden Weber County Davis County or the Wasatch Front and you need towing emergency roadside help or recovery services CALL THESE PEOPLE. Fast response professional crew and the kind of ownership that actually shows up. We connected as friends in a short amount of time and I recognize a great businessman when I meet one. I will be sending my State Farm customers to AMS Towing from here on out and I STRONGLY recommend them. Weber County is lucky to have this company.
